2025 Madeira Barrel Aged Mexican Cake ‘Extra Viejo’ Blackened Finish – Mexican Cake aged in an ex-Madeira cask that was used to finish Blackened Whiskey for 3 years, then infused with cocoa nibs, cinnamon, chiles, and vanilla beans. No opposition or contradiction on this one, it’s a (head)banger!

2025 Bourbon Barrel Aged Mexican Cake ‘Extra Viejo’ – Mexican Cake aged in Weller 12 bourbon barrels for 3 years 3 months then infused with cocoa nibs, cinnamon, chiles, and vanilla beans. Your taste buds are ready to do the La Bamba!

Both available in 500 mL bottles exclusively in the brewery taproom, no distro on these. On Sale January 18.
