Please join us at the taproom Saturday, Dec. 17th from 12-6pm for the bottle release of three variants of 2022 Barrel Aged Mexican Cake!

This year’s variants are:

Bourbon Barrel Aged Mexican Coconut Cake – 15 months in Weller 12yr bourbon barrels with coconut, cocoa nibs, cinnamon, vanilla, habanero peppers.

Bourbon Barrel Aged Mexican Chocolate Cake – over 3 years in Highwire Jimmy Red bourbon barrels with a huge amount of gourmet cocoa nibs, plus cinnamon, vanilla, and habaneros.

Bourbon Barrel Aged Mexican Horchata Cake – 15 months in Weller 12yr bourbon barrels with tiger nuts, almonds, dried guajillo chiles, dried ancho chiles, cinnamon, cocoa nibs, and vanilla.

Bottles will be sold in 6 bottle packs (2 500ml bottles of each variant) for $150+tax. In person purchase only starting Saturday at 12pm.

All three variants (plus a combined sack juice keg) will be on tap along with some back vintage BA Mexican Cakes.
