A symphony of barrel stouts crafted for wintertime sipping. Each year our brewing team thoughtfully selects a careful blend of barrel aged beers from our wood cellar and melds them together to created a balance and intriguing strong stout. This year’s blend consists of 5 different base stout recipes aged in 8 different types of barrels ranging in age from 7 years to 3 years 2 months old. The average age of the blend is 4 years 5 months.
