Fruit/Wood/Time: Montmorency & Balaton Cherry
Mixed fermentation blended sour ale refermented with two cherry varieties.
This beer is a blend of 50% two year old wine barrel aged sour ale and 50% two year old foeder aged wild ale. After blending, the beer was refermented with Montmorency and Balaton cherries for six months in another new oak foeder.
