Fruit/Wood/Time: Black Currant

Mixed fermentation blended sour ale refermented with black currants.

A blend of 50% dry sherry cask matured mixed fermentation saison and 50% oak foudre aged sour beer. It was blended and refermented with black currants for four months in third use 500 liter marsala puncheons.
