Czech-style premium pale lager
Czech-style premium pale lager brewed with 100% floor malted Bohemian pilsner malt and Czech Saaz hops. The name derives from custom of Czech beer strength being denoted by the original sugar content of the wort before fermentation, measured in degrees on the Balling or Plato scale. The most common Czech lagers are 10 or 12 degrees and 4 or 5% alcohol by volume respectively. Our 14° lager came out to 6.2% after 12 weeks total of fermentation & lagering. It’s a bright golden color with a fresh malt character balanced out by firm peppery and spicy hop flavors. Draft only release.
