For this somewhat funky farmhouse rendition of our flagship IPA, we took the base recipe and fermented it with a blend of French saison yeast and two strains of brettanomyces, followed by a healthy dry hopping with Galaxy hops. Drink now for maximum fresh hoppy flavor or cellar to develop the brett character. Santé!
