Our take on a traditional Belgian-style Tripel. A simple grain bill consisting of German pilsner and rye malts supplemented with Belgian candi sugar allows the Belgian Ardennes yeast to take center stage, resulting in a highly digestible and delicious drinking experience.
Tasting notes –
Deep golden color, papaya and light spice on the nose. Sweet fresh hay and fruity yeast on the palate, finishes dry.
